The weekly administrative fee supports the operational systems that maintain consistent security coverage and accountability. This includes Safety Checks—random, unbilled patrols conducted by our response team when they are available. These patrols prioritize properties with higher crime risk or fewer scheduled visits and typically average around three hours of coverage per week when including drive time. Because safety checks occur randomly on a 24-hour schedule, they may happen at any time of day. The administrative fee also covers weekly management audits and oversight. Unlike the patrol division, which maintains affordability by billing incident responses, on-site clients are never billed for responses that occur while an officer is already assigned to their property.
